I offer ADHD-friendly therapeutic productivity coaching that helps people thrive.
Understand your executive functioning, and its academic and professional impacts,
Identify and meet the actual needs of your own nervous and sensory-processing systems,
Develop a flexible, responsive toolkit of personal productivity habits,
Center pleasure and joy (including the delight of getting things done on time with ease!),
Discover what really matters - to you - and prioritize that,
Use mischief, creativity, embodiment, and non-linear approaches as well as cognitive learning,
De-shame your old productivity stories - and expand your sense of who you are and what is possible for you…
…All while we hold irreverent yet rigorous space for your development as a human.
If that kind of support feels like a big, spacious exhale,
or your gut says this is exactly what you need,
let’s consider working together.

Academic Wellness Coaching For College
Thrive at college - exactly as you are, right now. You can do this. I can help.
In college, I had all of what we now know are the classic signs of being “so-called gifted, with raging, undiagnosed ADHD.”
I was wildly, deeply interested in the things that interested me. Consistently inconsistent in the quality and timeliness of my work. Chronically stressed, often anxious, persistently dysregulated, and almost always under-performing compared to my cognitive and energetic potential. (If you’re familiar with My Little Pony, think: Rainbow Dash + Pinkie Pie.)
Every semester brought a fresh hell of the cycle of hope/excitement/curiosity - failure/despair/scramble/recover - disappointment/confusion/grief - and back around again the next semester to hope, curiosity and resolve.
It was exhausting.
The adults in my life, from my professors to my parents, were puzzled, worried and frustrated that I couldn’t seem to “get my act together”. Some of them thought I was lazy or unmotivated; others thought I was flaky, apathetic or not very academically capable.
They were wrong.
I simply had unmet sensory, emotional and intellectual needs, and I desperately needed someone to teach me how to organize my academic life - in a way that would work for me, not my neurotypical peers. And my systems needed to be built to evolve along with me.
I didn’t find the information I needed until I was 38 years old, after many years of devoted trying.
Along the way, I internalized a lot of confusion, self-doubt and judgment - and lived in that noisy internal dialogue for many, many years.
Finally, as a mid-career professional educator with a M.Ed, I discovered theories of executive function and recognized myself in descriptions of those who are “gifted” and high-functioning, and also have ADHD.
I became obsessed with helping people with interest-based nervous systems to thrive - on our own terms, using our own quirky methods.
We need different productivity systems; traditional, neurotypical time and task management approaches often just don’t work for us.
What’s worse, even our biggest fans and most well-intentioned loved ones can unintentionally deepen our shame and isolation in their attempts to help - because it can be difficult to see our challenges as the straight-up skill gaps, signs of neuro-diversity, and unmet needs that they actually are.
This can all be very discouraging. For everyone.
So if you’re feeling some of this too, or if you’re worried about a beloved college student’s productivity habits, I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be so hard.
Let me teach you how to create satisfying, delightful academic well-being that’s as unique as you.
Having walked this thorny path, I now offer the kind of coaching and appreciative, good-humored, neuro-inclusive mentorship that I needed so badly (for so many years).
As part of my commitment to college-age coaching, I also offer academic coaching part-time at Champlain College, so please feel free to check out my Champlain College profile here.
Coaching for Colleagues
Deeply connected, multi-faceted support for fellow coaches, healers, and higher ed faculty and staff
I am delighted to coach motivated colleagues who yearn to unwind old patterns and explore your own growing edges, either in your professional practice or your personal landscape - or both.
This might be just the thing if you want a completely confidential, reliable, and trustworthy coaching relationship where you can to:
brainstorm and consider decisions with the support of a highly trained, experienced and supportive thought partner;
learn how to better support clients with ADHD and other attentional-spectrum issues;
develop your instructor presence with a creative thought partner who’s also a trained instructional coach;
explore the intersections of holistic productivity in your personal life and your professional practice; and/or
confidentially consult on dilemmas of professional practice, including your highest aspirations, stickiest concerns, and the places you feel stuck with the magnificent (and perhaps challenging) clients you serve in the beautiful (and perhaps demanding) settings where you do your work.
At your service: 20+ years of curriculum design, teaching and facilitation; a specialty in neuro-inclusive coaching and instructional design; a commitment to inclusive rigor; 30+ years of hedge-witchery and magic, a knack for divergent thinking, an expansive brainstorming capacity, and a fierce loyalty to your most ambitious aspirations.
Deepen your practice, develop your skills, and unfold into your highest capabilities. I’m with you.
The standard financial investment for a full 6 months of my steady weekly support within a wildly generative, deeply nourishing coaching relationship is $1,099/month ($6,595 total for the entire 6 months).
If you’re already clear that your coaching project will require at least a year of steady coaching, and you’re ready to commit to that, I am delighted to offer a slightly lower 12-month rate in appreciation of your decisiveness.
In recognition that we live in an economic system with very real financial inequities, I am delighted to reserve several coaching spots, year-round, at sliding scale rates for motivated clients who cannot access coaching at standard rates.
When appropriate, sliding scale options are $975/month, $850/month and $675/month.
There is sometimes a wait list for a sliding scale spot.
Because I am a one-woman coaching practice, a single parent, and the financially responsible head of household, if you are able to access coaching at my standard rates, I am deeply grateful.
Want to coach together? Amazing! You decide what’s next:
Either we connect by phone…
You are welcome to book a free Clarity Call with me!
On our call, we’ll talk through what you’re after, and be sure that my skills and approach are an ideal match for the support you seek.
By the end of our call, we will have decided whether we’re an ideal match. If it’s a go, we’ll set up our payment agreement and reserve our regular meeting time, I’ll send you a signup link, and we’ll get our sessions on the books!
Or you’re already clear, so you sign up and reserve your weekly spot.
Maybe we’ve met, or we’ve worked together before, or perhaps we’ve had a Clarity Call in the past.
Or maybe you just deeply trust your instinct, and you know that this is the right support at the right time.
Fantastic! I trust your instinct - let’s go for it!
Finally, a short-term coaching option!
Do you already know we’re a fantastic match, and want some short-term support to complete a project or address a specific habit you’d like to shift?
Once in a while, you just need 3 solid months to focus on something intensively.
Here we go!
This option is designed to support:
project-based coaching: you have something important (and awesome) that you’d like to get done in the next 3 months;
returning clients who want a brief “tune-up”: something has gotten a little rusty;
or those occasional moments where 3 months of steady support would really help, and you don’t have a larger developmental or project-based agenda.
The financial investment for 3 months of steady weekly support is $3,297 for the whole engagement or $1,099 each month. Short-term coaching is an intensive option, where we use every possible lever to help you maximize your results in a short time. Therefore, I generally do not offer a sliding scale for short-term coaching.
But, as discussed above, if you’re a highly motivated client who cannot access coaching at standard rates, and you truly desire to work together for just 3 months, let’s talk!
Workplace-Sponsored Coaching
These days, many organizations across all sectors understand that the right coaching relationship at the right time can revolutionize the productivity (and well-being) of their most important “resource”: the human beings doing the work.
Motivated, high-performing and high-potential employees are uniquely positioned to benefit from coaching, and so are those who are under-performing relative to their capabilities.
Because coaching can have enormous payoffs for the organization as well as for employees, many employers are delighted to sponsor your continued development when you work with an ICF-accredited, well-trained coach. This is especially true when the through-line to your workplace productivity and satisfaction is so very clear.
I am delighted to provide this kind of support! If you’d like to work together in this way, I welcome you to schedule a free Clarity Call and we can get the ball rolling!
For organizations who would like to offer coaching for multiple employees, I am delighted to design larger-scale coaching packages. Please schedule a Scoping Call, and include a brief note about your vision for the impact of the coaching.
A word about mutuality: I’m a living commitment to mutually-nourishing, satisfying and uplifting collaborations that leave everyone involved feeling refreshed, supported, and delighted by the work we share and the quality of the relationship.
I’m also dead serious about fun - by which I mean, the deep pleasure of a great collaboration. That is why I work with an intentionally small number of clients at a time, and why I refresh myself daily and deeply.
As a result, I bring a vast, well-resourced capacity to each session with each client.
TL;DR
If you’re in college, or in the middle of your career, and you’re generally functioning well, but you’re struggling to meet the academic, social and emotional demands of your life, welcome! This coaching is for you - especially if you also find that the dissonance between what you’re capable of and what you’re currently creating has you feeling anxious, frustrated, or discouraged.
You’re not alone. And I’ve been there too - and spent years mapping the way back. Holistic productivity coaching can help, because together we tend to your emotional landscape and your deepest yearnings as well as the functional practicalities of how to get things done. Joyfully.
You’ll be relieved by how much easier things get once you seriously understand your actual needs, treat yourself with genuine care and compassion, and develop your personal productivity toolkit.
Depending on your agenda for the coaching - in other words, what you most want to learn, do, or become - we will decide what to include. And this can evolve as we go!
We might include executive function skill development, clarification of values and vision, aligning habits and mindsets with personalized daily practices, and learning conversations about how the nervous system and sensory system could be influencing your productivity outcomes (and, of course, what you could do about it.)
We’ll also use the transformative alchemy of mischief, pleasure, deep rest, and irreverence.
